The company always call to make sure everything is OK but the cleaning staff are not experienced and thier cleaning skills is not as good as the staff from the car wash shop. They need to pay attention and take care of the details within the car and leave no spots Uncleaned !!

Terrible experience. My appointment was at 9:05. I called ahead, confirmed I’d arrive at 9:15. At 9:13, both the system and biker called to confirm he'd wait. I arrived exactly on time and he was gone. Then I was told it was canceled for being "late" and no refund was offered. Completely unprofessional. You confirmed you'd wait, then blamed me. This is not a service that respects its customers. Avoid

They increase their prices too much after they secured marker share. Now, lowest price is 60 SAR while price is just 30 SAR in any station despite they don't have any rental fees and water amount is minimal. It is recommended to be used it when it is top urgent or if you don't have time. Cleaning quality is good, and timing is accurate.
